Our Story
A family tradition, lovingly kept
Mammamia was born from the dream of an Italian family to bring the authentic flavours of their homeland to the mountains of Switzerland. For generations our fattoria has carefully preserved handed-down recipes, prepared every day with fresh and genuine ingredients.
Our pasta is still kneaded by hand, our garden provides seasonal vegetables and our regional producers are part of the family. Here every dish tells a story of tradition, hospitality and love of good food – buon appetito!
